This policy explains what information Motivasean Coaching LLC ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the personal capture and planning software we operate, currently in private beta.

Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and, if you choose to receive text messages, your mobile phone number.
- Content you create. The notes, ideas, tasks, and messages you save or send within the software, including audio you dictate that your own device converts to text. We store the text, not the audio.
- Connected services. If you choose to connect a calendar, we read calendar event details in order to provide the service. We do not write to your calendar. You can disconnect at any time.
- Usage information. Basic technical records of how the software is used, such as when a request was made and whether it succeeded.
How we use it
- To operate the software and provide the features you asked for.
- To send you the messages you signed up to receive.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
- To keep the service secure and to diagnose problems.
We use third-party artificial intelligence providers to process your content in order to organize it and respond to you. These providers act on our instructions and do not use your content to train their models.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the software, such as hosting, database, email delivery, text message delivery, and artificial intelligence providers, and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we send you messages related to the service. Message frequency varies and is set by you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your content for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content and personal information within thirty days, except where we are required to retain records by law.
Your choices and rights
- Access. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Export. You can export your content from the software at any time.
- Correction. You can correct information directly in the software or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
- Withdraw consent. You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and disconnect a connected calendar at any time.
To make any of these requests, email sean@askpurcell.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Security
We store your information in a hosted database with access controls that restrict each account to its own data. We use encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
